These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the benibot Discord application ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
The Bot is a self-hosted Discord application built on Red-DiscordBot that provides community features such as leveling, social and engagement commands, moderation tools, and utilities. Features available in any given server depend on what that server's administrators have enabled.
You agree not to:
Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within their servers.
The Bot is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Bot. You are solely responsible for that content and grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the Bot's features. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is handled.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Bot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
